Two and Half Months!

Just two and a half months until the big day! It is unreal how fast this is going. We're having a great time planning and even learning a bit more about each other in the process. Earlier this month we celebrated four years since our first date. By celebrated, I mean, I reminded Ivan and he nodded. :-P

Things are also picking up with the work load too. We've been doing rental walk-throughs, venue walk-throughs, picking out awesome dancing songs, buying our wedding rings, etc. Planning a wedding is like a second job, only for me, a really really fun second job. Ivan has even had some serious input on linen colors and the silverware we use. Who knew!?

All kidding aside, we're really enjoying the last few months of being an engaged couple. We have a lot of things to look forward to, but also a lot to take in right now before we become The Baranovs.  ***!!!***
We're planning on moving before the wedding as well since we've totally outgrown our current apartment. All very exciting stuff!
Life doesn't seem to slow down, so we know how important it is to cherish these times.

4 months engaged! #veterans

Hi everyone!

It has been a couple of months since our engagement and we are so excited for our wedding in July! Planning is coming along, with lots to still do, but plenty already done. Wedding planning is like a whole new job on top of your existing job! That said, I've always wanted to plan events as a career, so this is kind of like my dream job. :-)
